A breast lift (mastopexy) is a plastic surgery procedure in which a woman’s sagging breasts are surgically lifted and reshaped. During the surgery, the mammary gland is sculpted, excess skin is removed and the areola is lifted to a higher position. Modern surgical techniques provide consistent results, are significantly gentle on the mammary gland, preserve nipple sensitivity as much as possible and minimize the size of postoperative scars.
