Tip rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty of the nasal tip is a surgery in which the tip of the nose is aesthetically corrected. Nasal tip reshaping surgery refines, narrows and lifts the tip of the nose. There is no need to break the nasal bones in this surgery, so the post-operative recovery time is shorter. Nose tip surgery may also include surgical reshaping of the nasal wings.

The most modern surgical techniques are performed through an open approach (open rhinoplasty) – a small transverse incision at the lower edge of the nasal septum and through the nostrils. The open approach allows delicate surgical manoeuvres under direct visual control.
